The VM Series Microscopes are direct-to-camera compound optics for any camera with a "C-mount" type threaded aperture.
The system shown here is a VM-2V and stand with our DK3000 USB2.0 CMOS video camera along with an LED pen light source. The DK3000 is sensitive enough to generate an image even with a single white LED!
And since the camera can take its power from the USB port on a laptop, a whole new world of applications for portable high power magnification are realized. |
